The pilot house allows for plenty of natural lighting. In cold climates the diesel heater keeps it warm and inviting and when in the tropics there is ample hatches to allow the sea breezes to flow through.
AccomodationsSAUVAGE is can accommodate 6 passengers for charter cruises and 9 passengers for expedition cruises. There are 3 guest cabins, each with a king size bed and a top bunk to be used for storage or for a 3rd passenger on expeditions. Each cabin has a private bathroom with shower and head. SaloonThe saloon is very open and roomy. It is separated down the middle by the centerboard case and has a big teak dining table for 9 on the port side and another teak table for 4 on the starboard side. A diesel heater stove for high Latitudes keeps it a nice warm temperature inside. GalleyThe Galley is immediately to starboard as you come down the companion way and is fully equipped to be able to prepare excellent meals. ExteriorThe cockpit is wide and well protected from the spray and wind by the pilot house. It has sun protection with a bimini top. There is a big folding table for 9 people for eating outside in the tropics and even sometimes in the cold places. The stern platform, sugar scoop, is very wide and handy to step aboard from the dinghy or for landing the fish caught while sailing on passage.
